工作內容顧問部職責 (Consultancy Department)

• 處理日常招標工作，包括前期及後期階段
• 進行工程量測量
• 編制定價文件、工程量清單（BQ）及費率表（SoR）
• 執行招標評估（TA）
• 處理證書付款
• 完成最終結算（final account）
• 匯報項目進度
• 提供專業成本估算、建議及工料測量服務

分判部職責 (Subcontracting Department)

• 提交標書
• 處理付款申請
• 管理日常變更指令（VO）及已完成工作
• 進行工程成本計算
• 完成結算

學歷要求

• 建築、工料測量、土木工程或相關領域的大專或以上學歷

經驗要求

• 至少2年工料測量相關經驗，熟悉顧問及分判流程

技能要求

• 熟練操作測量軟件
• 精通定價文件、工程量清單（BQ）及結算流程
• 具備出色的數據分析及成本估算能力
• 語言能力: 流利粵語及英語，具基本普通話能力者優先

Consultancy Department:

• Manage daily tender processes, including pre-tender and post-tender stages
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements
• Prepare pricing documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and Schedules of Rates (SoR)
• Conduct Tender Assessments (TA)
• Process certificate payments
• Finalize final accounts
• Provide project progress reports
• Deliver professional cost estimations, advice, and quantity surveying services

Subcontracting Department:

• Prepare and submit tenders
• Manage payment applications
• Oversee daily Variation Orders (VO) and completed works
• Perform cost calculations
• Finalize settlements

Education:

• Diploma or higher in Building Studies, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with knowledge of consultancy and subcontracting workflows

Skills:

• Proficient in quantity surveying software
• Expertise in preparing pricing documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and settlement processes
• Excellent skills in data analysis and cost estimation

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in Cantonese and English; basic Mandarin skills an advantage

Personality:

• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Strong independent working ability with effective time management
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
